Poured is operated by Royal Runtimes GmbH. By using Poured during its beta, you agree to the following.
What Poured does
Poured hosts self-contained HTML files you upload and serves them at links you control. You decide who can access each page.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you publish. You are responsible for having the right to publish it, and for what it contains. Do not publish content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive, phish, or distribute malware.
Acceptable use
Do not use Poured to harm others or to circumvent its limits. We may disable any page and suspend any account that violates these terms, and we respond to abuse reports. Automated abuse, resource exhaustion, and attempts to reach other tenants or infrastructure are prohibited.
Availability
Poured is provided as-is during the beta, without warranty. We may change or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it.
Data
See the Privacy page for how we handle your data. You can delete your pages at any time.
